I have worked with people with a wide range of concerns including ADHD (having been diagnosed myself), dissociative identity disorder, grief, burnout, depression, anxiety, stress, attachment issues, relationship issues, career challenges, identity issues, search for meaning, and culture shock. I have also helped several people who have experienced various types of abuse.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels.

Groups
Teen Support group for girls (14-16)
In person teen support group in Lubbock, TX, starting on May 23rd of 2023. Group will be on Tuesday evenings between 6:00pm 7:30pm (CST) for ages 14 through 16 years of age. Group topics will be: self-confidence, perfectionism, anxiety/stress, bullying, the impacts of trauma, and healthy vs. unhealthy coping skills.
