Hello, I'm Marisa, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and Virginia. Life often throws unexpected obstacles our way, and navigating through different stages can be challenging. I am trained in EMDR and incorporate foundations of cognitive behavioral therapy to address anxiety, depression, and trauma. Additionally, I use a solution-focused approach for situations that may not be as heavy but still require attention and care.
