As an EMDR Certified Therapist, I offer weekly sessions and specialize in half-day therapy retreats for adults. Clients have shared that they feel “lighter,” “more present,” and “empowered” after completing a therapy retreat. Therapy retreats provide a space for the holistic healing of mind, body, and spirit. We take our time to meet the moment, listen inward, and discover what is needed. This format of therapy is structured, collaborative, and phase-oriented. With more time and space, we are able to heal psychological wounds in fewer days instead of over years in traditional therapy, accelerating relief from your symptoms.
EMDR is a proven-effective memory reprocessing modality that unlocks the brain’s natural healing capacities. It allows undigested traumatic material to become part of the past so that you can live your potential, access greater self-compassion, and step into the future you most desire.
Drawing from somatic approaches and trauma-sensitive mindfulness, we will walk the path of trauma recovery. Growth, insight, and new perspectives will become your landscape along this path. We will carefully attend to your psychological wounds and places of stuckness while shining new light on your resilience.
