Life can get overwhelming with the many obligations and stressors that occur on a daily basis. Let me help you learn how to cope with and decrease those stressors. Let me show you the steps to better mental health. I work with children, adolescents, young adults and adults of all ages.
I utilize person-centered psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, and play therapy. I use strength-based, positive therapy practices. I have been practicing as an outpatient mental health therapist for five years but have over 20 years of experience in customer service. That life experience has enabled me to understand the struggles and stressors of daily life.
I want my clients to feel safe, empowered and validated. I create a safe space for disclosure by utilizing unconditional positive regard and empathy. I am an active listener who creates a healing environment that is non-judgmental and healthy. My goal is to help my clients reach their goals for better mental health.
