I bring just under 5 years of experience working with high risk youth in outpatient therapy and recovery treatment centers providing individual, family, group, and parent support services in person and virtually. I have a background in medical social work (oncology) and am attuned to the complex needs of families in crisis and long-term care.
I provide individual and family therapy both in person and virtually. Working with youth of all ages around issues of trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief/loss, substance use, and family transitions, I lead with authenticity and take a collaborative and skill-based approach with families and their providers.
As a skilled clinician, I have a calming presence and strong focus on attachment and trauma-sensitive clinical care. My collaborative style can be especially helpful for children who benefit from consistency, emotional safety, and support around self-concept and coping skills.
