Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist offering individual therapy, coaching, consultation and supervision services. I work with folks who wish to overcome fear in some aspect of life; navigate uncertainty, crisis, loss and transition; overcome personal limitations impeding an important goal; increase mental, emotional, energetic, and physical wellbeing; treat a mental health diagnosis; heal from a traumatic experience; strengthen a spiritual or magical practice; improve relationships with other people, whether human or other-than-human, living or ancestral; and strengthen personal and collective connection with the land.
IFS therapy is a simple and effective protocol of insight, helping to illuminate and ease internal conflict within. The power of an internal systems approach lies in the profound experience of internal accord and personal validation from connecting within, whatever we face. Ordinary and non-ordinary experiences are welcome here.
