“Does life really have to be this hard?” For those of us who can’t seem to get out of our own heads, this is life’s big question. My passion is helping people figure out how to stop being their own worst enemy by controlling the overthinking, self-doubt, and inner critic that makes life harder than it has to be.

I have over a decade of experience working with all ages of adults with a variety of concerns, but find I am especially helpful to young professionals that are ready to overcome the roadblocks that stand in the way of a more fulfilling life, including stress, anxiety, perfectionism, and low self-esteem, as well as those navigating life with ADHD.

I believe that counseling should be practical, so we will work together for you to have something to take with you into the week every session by replacing unhelpful thinking patterns, learning to be more present, and overcoming self-doubt.
