My approach is based in psychodynamic psychotherapy, which means I engage with your concerns in the present moment, as well as with attention to their underlying influences and your future health and happiness. I pull from a range of modalities, including Relational, CBT, Jungian, Modern, and Vedic influences, as is most relevant and helpful to you.
As both a psychoanalyst and psychotherapist, my specializations include: work with creative professionals; integration of spirituality + meditation practices; issues around death / dying (including pregnancy loss + bereavement); relationship concerns; and the management of anxiety + depression.
