I am passionate about working with individuals who are ready and willing to do the hard but rewarding work of understanding oneself, including patterns, traumas, and goals. As a social worker, I believe in focusing on one’s strengths in order to empower and promote meaningful change. I will be a collaborative partner in your therapeutic process, allowing the space to process, understand, learn, and grow.
I am versed in working with anxiety, depression, identity, trauma, or life transitions. Another specialization is Veterinary Social Work, which means a focus on the human-animal bond. This may look like guiding you through the grief and bereavement process of losing a beloved companion animal or managing burnout and fatigue in animal-helping professions.
