Therapy is a place to address the behaviors in your life that have outlived their purpose. The negative thoughts and actions that have been holding you back. It is a place to develop your self-worth and reconnect to who you are. Through paying attention to yourself you can begin to recognize the sensations in your body. The clues your body is using you to tell you what's going on. When you are able to listen to the feelings you are experiencing you can begin to live and respond authentically. You can learn how to trust yourself and your feelings. With improved self-care you can increase your resilience to stress.
In session you'll find a place to be yourself and heal. You will laugh, cry, and release deep emotions. Outside of session I’ll offer you tools and education to take the next steps in your life. Through an internal process called parts work we will address core wounds from your life and create the space for change.
