I support the unique needs of older children (11 y/o +), teens, individual adults, and families. I am intuitive, warm, and direct. I work from a contemporary psychodynamic lens, where we dive deeply into your past, getting to the roots of your learned patterns, with the use of expressive and experiential tools. I will also help you utilize practical skills.
I provide a safe, compassionate space that I hope will foster truth and honesty and lead to more freedom in oneself. Our work together will be collaborative and strength-based and goals will be based on your individual needs. My work is steeped in an awareness of social justice issues and I strive to be culturally humble and honor each individual identity.
