We all experience stressors on a daily basis, however these stressors can sometimes become triggers and become a heavy load for us to carry through life. We start experiencing difficulties with our relationships with others, in our work or studies and we don't find pleasure in activities we used to.
I specialize in marriage and family therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-parent coaching sessions also provide individual therapy. I offer a compassionate approach that creates a safe and nurturing environment for clients to explore their emotions and develop effective coping skills.
I have extensive experience with those affected with anxiety, depression, intellectual disability, ADHD, emotional and behavioral disorders, Autism, developmental delays, parent training, and relationship difficulties. We can meet for the first session and see if we are a good match!
