I often tell the clients I serve, “I wish I could stop the difficult things in life from happening, but I can’t.” What I can do, however is help to support you in managing and navigating the difficulties that life brings. Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, difficulties in establishing healthy boundaries in your relationships, or any other issue, there is support here, to support you in managing challenging feelings and circumstances in a healthy way.
I provide individual, and family therapy to children and adults. I also provide psychological immigration evaluations. I have extensive experience in serving clients struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I strive to create a warm, safe environment, free of judgement and bias, while providing culturally affirming, gender-affirming care.
