My clients are often times presenting with complex issues and needing tools that a practical in their toolbox. Clients are in the driver's seat of their care, and I am here to offer alternative paths that empower them to make change.
My practice provides a healthy mix of evidence-based therapies and traditional talk-therapy. Sessions will be focused and use measurement tools assist with goal progression. I consider person-centered approaches to client care as central to results driven interventions.
Accepting SC/NC Patients. Sessions are informal and mimic a regular conversation. Often times clients forget that they are actually doing "the work". Therapy doesn't have to be scary.
