I do a lot of breath work, mindfulness, and visualization with clients in session, in addition to using EMDR, DBT and IFS (evidence based methods for managing trauma and stress).
Ultimately, my approach will always be personalized and tailored to you. At each session, we’ll work from exactly where you are while always keeping your big vision in mind. Together, we'll work on clearing current blocks and doing the work to bring you closer to the best version of you.
