Grief Therapeutic Group for Adults
LifeMark offers a Therapeutic Grief Group for Adults. At LifeMark, our goal is to support you as you deal with the death of a loved one. During our 10 week group we will support you as you share your story. We will discuss the nature of loss, models for grief, watching for red flags, living with loss, adapting to change, finding the new normal, connecting in the midst of loss, making meaning, moving forward and we will celebrate life.
