I am a clinical social worker with nearly 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. My professional goal is to develop the highest quality relationship with each client, using a variety of specific techniques catered to the individual’s needs. I offer a safe and supportive therapeutic environment based on trust and mutual respect. I use a solution-focused approach tailored to the client’s strengths to achieve his or her desired goals. I have experience working in settings such as schools, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient and partial hospital day programs, and private practice.
I have years of experience in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relational issues, grief/loss, mood disorders, and other life challenges. I use several evidence-based treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, coping skills training, interpersonal psychotherapy, and others.
