For over 20 years, I've worked with people from diverse backgrounds to address anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, relationships, attention deficit disorders, learning disabilities, executive functioning skills, and academic strategies. I use a variety of approaches (ex: cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused, etc) although sessions are always based on your goals, needs, and preferences.
