My way of providing therapy is guided by being able to join my clients in their circumstance by utilizing many approaches and experience. Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapies, EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral techniques are some of the tools I deploy, so together we get you to a better place.
