My clients are adults, young adults, and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, relationships, life transitions, substance use, and questions about how to live more authentically. I have particular experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients, transgender and gender-expansive individuals, neurodivergent adults, queer and trans Latine clients, and people in non-traditional relationship structures. Therapy helps clients better understand patterns, strengthen relationships, build self-trust, and create meaningful change that aligns with their values and goals.
I provide affirming, bilingual therapy in English and Spanish for adults, couples, and professionals. My specialties include LGBTQIA+ mental health, gender-affirming care, trauma, neurodivergence, addiction and substance use, relationship concerns, consensual non-monogamy, and major life transitions.
