Hey there! I specialize in women's mental health, specifically related to perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. My passion lies in helping women impacted by issues related to intrusive thoughts, fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, and the transition to parenthood. Through a collaborative effort, we'll investigate the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are interfering with your ability to feel like your best self during this transitional time in your life. I look forward to helping you develop strategies in line with your beliefs and values that will allow you to live better.

My approach is authentic, compassionate, and engaged. I work primarily from a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) based theoretic orientation while also incorporating in other evidence-based interventions such as mindfulness and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I place immense value on relationships in psychotherapy and building rapport with my clients.

Virtual telehealth sessions are available to clients residing throughout the states of Wisconsin and Illinois.
