Starting therapy is a meaningful and often vulnerable step. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by current stress, navigating a difficult season, or wanting to better understand yourself, you don’t have to go through it alone. My hope is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered as we work toward your goals together. I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed clinical psychologist who works with adolescents, adults, and mothers. I offer individual therapy, consultations, and assessments. I currently have a waitlist for evaluations for Autism.
I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions. I consider my approach integrative, pulling from different approaches such as CBT. As a Catholic Christian therapist, I also offer the option to integrate faith and spirituality into our work, if that is something meaningful to you.
