About

Life and relationships can become overwhelming when you have experienced trauma. I specialize in working with millennial and young adults around trauma and relationship concerns. I enjoy working especially with LGBTQIA+ folks/couples. I love helping individuals and couple navigate triggers, trauma, and creating the healthiest lives and most fulfilling relationships for themselves.
I believe we heal and find joy when we are fully able to show up as every part of ourselves. I believe in kindness, compassion, and holding people accountable to challenge negative self talk and patterns that no longer serve them.
My goal is to show others how to compassionately meet themselves and heal from trauma, disconnection, or difficult life circumstances. I believe that when we are able to meet ourselves with nurturing, we are able to have nurturing relationships.

Marina Vile's Groups

Healing Trauma Group

This group is devoted to gaining a deep understanding of trauma and trauma’s impact on our minds and bodies in order to move from survival to healing. In this 8 week group, we will cover the impact trauma has on the nervous system, how our nervous system impacts our perceptions, understanding and responding to triggers, core wounds, attachment wounds, healing the inner child, and finally moving towards joy and purpose.
