In today’s society, emotional resiliency is a necessity, as stressors of everyday life can overwhelm, confuse, and disorient our minds. We struggle to be productive, feel fulfilled, and maintain healthy relationships with ourselves and others. Stress, anxiety, depression, loss, grief, and other adverse experiences can take a long-term toll on our health and overall happiness. We all strive to obtain this happiness, yet a great deal of us struggle to cope with daily tasks, and it can be even harder to make a positive change in our lives without proper motivation, validation, and support. That’s why I’m here!
I offer a variety of short and long term counseling sessions that focuses on you. We will work together to tackle your stressors and traumas; both past, present, and future. I strongly believe that the body and mind are connected, and I embrace positive psychology, including the power of mindfulness, into my practice.
Being a 1st generation immigrant to the United States from Ukraine I’ve had to make numerous, life-changing decisions in order to adapt to this life. These changes have given me the opportunity to become an absorbent listener; to be empathetic, non-judgmental - a confidant to friends, family, and clients for the last 20 years.
