I help teens and adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift. My clients are often dependable and driven yet still struggle to feel confident or connected to who they are. That can look like a harsh inner critic, old habits that keep resurfacing, or a quiet sense of disconnection that’s hard to name. In our work together, we make room for emotions people often push away and explore them without judgment. Therapy offers a space to slow down and tune into what’s happening beneath the surface so my clients can feel more grounded, steady, and at ease.
I help create a space where you do not have to hold everything together. You can show up as you are, whether stressed, unsure, or worn down, and we will work together to make sense of it. My role is not to tell you who to be but to support you in finding a version of yourself that feels more real and less exhausting to maintain.
I draw from Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and solution-focused approaches, depending on what best fits your needs.
