Originally from NYC, I am licensed to practice in both CA & NY which allows flexibility with bicoastal professionals, university students, family members, work partners or couples.

I have been described as warm, authentic and direct, and maintain a supportive, no-nonsense approach with clients. Therapy sessions are lively with feedback, a touch of humor, and an open, engaged curiosity. I have 20+ years of experience helping people feel more self-aware, confident and emotionally connected to themselves and others.

Additionally I have worked as a training professor for new therapist trainees, as well as an on-site therapist at several colleges, including CalArts, SFAI, Sarah Lawrence & Harvard.
