My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-driven and attachment-based. I use EMDR, Internal Family Systems and other safe, effective modalities to process trauma and reconnect with the Self.
I also offer the powerful PSYCH-K process for in-person sessions, helping people transform unconscious limiting beliefs into supportive ones.
