Maybe desire is mismatched, sex has become another source of tension, or you’re struggling to stay connected through stress, parenting, faith differences, or unresolved hurt. We’ll work to understand what keeps happening between you, communicate differently, and rebuild both emotional and sexual connection.

I’m an AASECT certified Sex Therapist and LMFT whose practice is focused exclusively on couples. I help with recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, desire differences, and intimacy concerns. I’m Gottman Method Level 3 Trained and integrate the Developmental Model into my work with couples.

You don’t have to keep doing this version of your relationship. Therapy with me is active, practical, and sometimes pretty funny.
