I love to see people who feel hopeless find hope. I am passionate about helping individuals grow deeper in their relationship with God, but I welcome those from all faith backgrounds. After successfully navigating my own mental health journey, I felt led by God to serve others who are going through difficult life circumstances. I desire for my clients to experience compassion, empathy, and understanding from me, as we work together toward healing and restoration. My focus in therapy is to come alongside my clients, understand their unique challenges and personal experiences, and empower them towards change.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for effective treatment and I strive to provide a healing, safe space for my clients to freely explore their past hurts or current struggles. I want my clients to feel empowered and equipped to overcome the challenges they are facing and to grow in their relationship with themselves, others, and God.
