My name is Marina Livis and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in West Palm Beach, FL and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I'm a neurodivergent therapist and specialize in helping adults with anxiety, depression, stress management, PTSD and ASD, using evidence based approaches including EMDR, EFT tapping, mindfulness meditation practices, cognitive behavioral and clinical hypnotherapy.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and focuses primarily on EFT tapping, mindfulness training, and EMDR for clients who have experienced traumatic events and are looking to feel not just symptom relief but also a shift in their core beliefs.
I have been told that I have a peaceful and calming presence. My communication style is very direct, empathetic, and friendly. My clients feel at ease speaking with me and appreciate that I use appropriate self-disclosure to share about my holistic healing journey with mental health.
