I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (formerly LPC) with 9+ years of post-graduate experience who enjoys helping individuals thrive in various life stages. I favor a Person-Centered approach and pull from Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Sand Tray/Art Therapy to best meet the needs of each individual client. I have a multi-cultural family background.
