Changes in mood and thinking abilities affect all areas of life including performance at work/ school, relationships, completion of daily tasks, and self-esteem. These changes can be disruptive and hard to accept. I provide a safe space for you to examine your life and help you get to where you want to be. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, dementia, stroke, traumatic brain injuries, complex medical diagnoses, and caregiver support issues. My goal is to help you live a full life, whether that is through therapy, education/ consultation, or helping you understand your cognitive strengths/ weaknesses through neuropsychological evaluations.
In addition to therapy, I also provide neuropsychological testing to address problems related to attention, memory, learning disabilities, planning/organization/multitasking, taking care of daily activities, and mood changes. I offer comprehensive evaluations that identify your strengths and weaknesses, the root cause of the changes you are experiencing, and include treatment recommendations.
I approach each person I work with on an individualized basis and include you as a participant in your evaluation, treatment, or consultation. The changes you are experiencing are likely scary and disturbing. I am here to guide and support you as you begin your journey toward living the life you want.
