I use a cognitive behavioral therapy approach and will add a systems approach if needed and indicated. I'm also certified in EMDR. My focus is strength-based. We will identify and build on your strengths to achieve healing, growth, and wellbeing. Furthermore, we will explore behavioral patterns and map out your individual path to improvement.
Every client has a unique story and background. I will be respectful and sensitive to your circumstances, cultural and religious beliefs as well as gender and sexual preferences. My main therapy focus is on issues related to stress, life transitions, depression, grief, anxiety, and relationship issues.
