Accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy (AEDP) inspires my approach. In addition to methods from AEDP, I incorporate into my work somatic approaches, skills and concepts from dialectical behavior therapy, Buddhist teachings, and concepts from life coaching, particularly Calling in "the One" coaching.
We are not wired to process overwhelming emotions alone, nor can we identify/challenge untrue thoughts without any help from others. When we have wise, non-judgmental, emotionally attuned, and skillful people in our lives who see our potential, we become more able to express the Love, Truth, Wisdom, Power, and Beauty that we are.
