As a queer-identifying Asian American, I understand the importance of culturally competent care. I am dedicated to creating a safe and affirming space where we can openly explore and address mental health challenges as they intersect with your diverse identities without fear of judgment. I apply a trauma informed and anti-oppressive/ anti-racist perspective to therapy. With my direct, but empathetic approach, we will work to process your unique lived experiences and identify skills to enhance your emotional insight.
I specialize in supporting individuals and couples as they navigate the complexities of identity, trauma, and relationships. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt therapy, and Rogerian principles to promote healing and personal growth.
You deserve access to care and the space to be heard. Together, we will learn to lean into discomfort and explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I am currently accepting new clients and would love to schedule a phone consultation to see if we are a good fit.
