This goes beyond traditional talk therapy to help your brain and body actually learn new, individualized, more effective patterns.

Sessions are structured, collaborative, and practical. Using neurofeedback and biofeedback, we track and train how your brain and nervous system respond to help you (or your child) build more stability, calm, and control over time. This is an active process; you’re not just talking about change, you’re training for it.

Focus Forward: Adult ADHD Support and Skills Group

This 6-week ADHD Skills & Support Group provides an environment for individuals to gain practical skills, share strategies, and build a community, addressing key aspects of ADHD including time management, coping with distractions, effective communication, emotional regulation, and the development of a robust support network.
