At this time I am only able to accept medicaid and self-pay clients (60$/session). I am best reached via email, and do not check my voicemail regularly.
I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ adolescents and adults (ages 14+) who are navigating a variety of issues including; chronic self-harm, suicidal ideation, trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), ADHD, and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder. Additionally, I offer individual therapy for first responders and other helping professionals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, grief, sleep disturbances, and other symptoms related to occupational stress and exposure to trauma.
I believe every person has the ability to foster resilience and growth through the exploration and nurturing of their unique strengths and abilities. I work primarily from a psychodynamic perspective with an emphasis on attachment and often include additional skills and techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Seeking support can be scary, and having someone who is the "right fit" for your needs and personality style is crucial in a setting as vulnerable as therapy. I'd love to connect and see if what I can offer aligns with the type of support you are seeking. I look forward to having the opportunity to connect and offer a space to set down the weight you carry.
