We bring the office outside and engage with clients using creative activities. We are outdoors-oriented, but we do offer in-office and virtual appointments. We have multiple therapists, so if you prefer someone else, we have you covered. (Rocky Mt - Virtual only).
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma.
I have always had a passion to help others. I truly believe that each individual holds the strength to be the best versions of themselves and face any adversity.
