My goal is to create a safe space that is accepting and empowering. I am understanding and provide honesty and hope for my clients. I believe it takes a tremendous amount of courage to begin a journey of personal growth. I utilize my experience, skills, and training to help my clients resolve problems, improve relationships and gain useful life tools. I believe that we are all capable of change, growth, and healing.
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy, I help in the areas of anxiety, depression, codependency, bipolar disorder, personality disorders and adjustment disorders. I offer individual counseling for adults and adolescents both in office or via telehealth.
