As a therapist, I promote growth in individuals, couples and families, helping clients with life transitions and/or emotional healing. Many of the common growing pains we encounter as humans, include stage of life issues, such as, major career changes, relational conflict, child rearing, empty nest, elder care, financial hardship, illness, and grief.
