I am also a certified bereavement therapist.
My integrative approach addresses the entire person: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. In addition to CBT, DBT, solution focused and family therapy frameworks, I use experiential techniques, EFT, conflict resolution, relaxation, breathing exercises, and guided imagery.
