I believe in helping others change self defeating thoughts and destructive behavioral patterns, in order to aid them in living a life in which they can find happiness. It is my honor to empowering others, and helping them to identify their strengths. I am a military veteran familiar with military culture and the common struggles that come with a military commitment.
I work with individuals and families. Some of those stressors include addiction, depression, anxiety, destructive behaviors, parenting issues, stress management, relationship issues, building self esteem, and grief and loss.
