I have been practicing counseling for 30 years. In those years, I have worked with adults who experience severe dissociative disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and many of the mental issues we suffer as a society. I also worked for 25 years in play therapy as a clinician, supervisor, and presenter. At this time in my life, my work with children is very limited. I am interested in the challenges of older adults and working with the elderly to navigate those challenges. Clients who experience complex trauma, a lifetime of extreme experiences, can benefit from my trauma-informed therapy approach and mindfulness.

For three decades, I have had the privilege of supporting clients through clinical practice and supervision. My work is grounded in a deep respect for therapeutic relationships, childhood experiences, and the powerful role of therapy as a way for people to express, process, and heal. I work with older adults navigating some of life's profound challenges.

Therapy offers a safe, supportive place to feel heard, find steadiness, and begin healing at your own pace. I help clients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions with compassion and care.
