My goal is to help you manage life’s challenges. I specialize in working in the area of anxiety; helping to demystifying anxiety, teaching clients to manage their emotions, and working with you to face new situations and challenges. Anxiety Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Social Thinking are some of the strategies that I use to support my clients. In addition to anxiety, I support people who care for their loved ones during times of illness. I also have experience treating clients diagnosed with ADHD, social interaction problems, eating struggles, and learning differences.
I am a clinical psychologist and an educational psychologist. I have experience working with adults and students, in both clinical and school settings. I received my post doctoral training at an outpatient clinic in the Mass General Hospital, North Shore campus. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, using research based strategies.
Using a collaborative approach, I offer a warm, supportive atmosphere where you can explore new ways of managing feelings, solving problems, and relating to others with whom you live or work.
