I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about supporting all my clients through challenges. I have 9 years of professional experience working as a Mental Health Provider. I enjoy helping clients through a healing journey and I empower clients to grow and feel confident in their lives. My approach is client centered and I will meet you with open-mindedness. I have worked with adults, the elderly, adolescents, children, families, couples who have struggled with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, ADHD, autism, and PTSD from trauma.
I use a soft tone of voice, and I am assertive. I provide both verbal and non-verbal methods of communication style to help clients overcome emotional or psychological distress. I provide a safe space for clients to share their trauma, fear, anxiety, and depression.
