I have extensive experience helping clients address their problems and find more satisfaction in their lives. My style is direct, yet compassionate and supportive. Areas of my expertise include marital/relationship issues, depression and anxiety, grief/loss, addictive behaviors and life transitions such as divorce, parenting, career changes and retirement.
