I specialize in therapy for folks who experience generational trauma, social anxiety, and existential crisis. I use a variety of tools to help my clients tap into the healing wisdom that resides within them. Sessions will include talk therapy utilizing DBT, ACT, brainspotting, and narrative therapy. I also offer reiki, sound and crystal healing, and yoga!
I value authenticity, equality, and freedom both professionally and personally and I've experienced the trauma that happens when everyone isn't free to live their lives in alignment with their values.
