| español My main focus is working with adults who have experienced childhood trauma and those who may have experienced a parent/caregiver with characteristics of personality disorders or narcissistic tendencies. I will work with you to process grief and understand why you may experience communication, dating or relationship issues with yourself and others.
My structure of therapy is based on collaboration and a focus on strengthening the mind/body connection that has been disrupted by trauma. I will work with you to understand and develop emotional regulation and coping skills through Attachment based theory and Emotionally Focused therapy. I offer EMDR if identified as appropriate following assessment.
