My practice focuses mainly on life issues -- from family and relationships to career and work/ life balance. I help clients overcome depression, cope with AD/HD and other internal barriers to fulfillment and success, and find practical solutions to life problems and so they can become their best selves.
I help clients understand their strengths & weaknesses, what they value, how the past contributes to their present, the future they want . . . and help them get there. I also coach clinicians to grow their practices.
I have an MSW from Social Work from Boston University, training in family therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, hypnosis and family business consulting. I am also a CTI trained Certified Co-active Coach (CPCC) . I've been in practice for 30+ years as a clinician, consultant, trainer and coach and love what I do!
