I have extensive experience helping individuals with depression and anxiety, coping with AD/HD, self-esteem and other internal barriers to fulfillment and success. I also work with couples looking to prevent divorce, and parent-adult children in conflict including around "failure to launch."
In addition I coach executives with problem employees, family business owners when family issues interfere with their business and clinicians interested in building their practices. ( Note: Coaching is not billable to insurance except when there is a behavioral health diagnosis. )
I have an MSW from Social Work from Boston University, training in family therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, hypnosis and family business consulting. I am also a CTI trained Certified Co-active Coach (CPCC) . I've been in practice for 35+ years as a clinician, consultant, trainer and coach and love what I do!
