Sometimes, it’s hard to know where to begin! Life is like a journey, rich with the opportunity for joy and amazement and wonder, for making discoveries! However, it also brings us pain and disappointment, sorrow and feelings of being alone. The list of challenges is never-ending!
My therapy is person-centered. I want hear you, to hear your story – starting from the middle or the beginning or wherever you are. My approach is eclectic – meaning that I take what is appropriate from more than one modality because one size does not fit all. After we've made some discoveries, together, we’ll decide how to go forward.
